After attending the recent homelessness forum, hosted by Alan Kelly, a number of attendees were invited to visit some completed ‘rapid build’ housing units in Dublin.  Respond Head of Policy Bríd McGrath was very impressed with the houses and tweeted the following:

” …think less modular and prefab and more real home”

22 houses rapid build homes, by Dublin City Council, are due for completion shortly at Baile Na Laochra, Ballymun, Dublin 11. These homes are specifically for families who are currently homeless and residing in hotel accommodation.
