*eNPS, is a scoring system designed to help employers measure employee satisfaction and loyalty within their organisation. eNPS scores can, theoretically, range from +100 (every employee is a Promoter) to -100 (every employee is a Detractor) so to get your eNPS = %Promoters – %Detractors = eNPS A good eNPS score is between 10 and 30; above 30 is excellent!
