This Respond led development in Duntahane, Fermoy, Co. Cork consists of 46 homes and one community building and comprises of a mix of 20 two-bed houses and apartments, 23 three-bed houses and 3 four- bed houses.

The homes have been built for general needs, housing for people with disabilities and older persons housing, and have been acquired through Capital Advance Leasing Facility from the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage funding and private finance from the Housing Finance Agency, and in partnership with Cork County Council under Rebuilding Ireland.
