Respond is proud to offer cost rental housing to the public rental market. This new rental option is supported by the Department of Housing, Local Government, and Heritage.
What is Cost Rental?
Cost rental properties are available to rent at a lower charge than average market rents in the area. Your rent covers the cost of the construction, management, and maintenance of your new home.
