A deposit of €1187.50 (2 bed terrace), €1225 (2 bed house) and €1338 (3 bed) is required per unit.

Rents are set on a calculation which covers the cost of the construction, management and maintenance of the new homes. Cost Rental offers a long-term, secure and affordable tenancy option with rents that are approximately 25% lower than average local area rents.
