Wellbeing Programme for Parents – Rineanna View, Shannon

A seven week Wellbeing Programme for Parents will run in Rineanna View, Shannon, Co. Clare.

Delivered by Respond Family Support and Shannon Family Resource Centre, the programme aims to support parents with their social and personal development through a range of health and wellbeing initiatives. Workshops will include relaxation techniques, stress management, healthy cooking/eating, confidence building and physical health.

The programme will run on Tuesday mornings,  4^th November 2014- 16^th  December 2014, in Respond Community Building, Rineanna View, Shannon, Co. Clare
