Accredited Certificate in Housing Practice [level 3 UK, equivalent to NFQ level 5*] – Dublin

The course explores all areas of housing and the qualification aims to develop the skills and knowledge of people working in a front line capacity who wish to gain a generic qualification in housing. This qualification is ideal if you want to progress your career further, perhaps into a managerial role, or if you want to expand your skill set.

Courses Dublin 2016 pngAchievement at level 5 reflects the ability to identify and use relevant understanding, methods and skills to complete tasks and address problems that, while well defined, have a measure of complexity. It includes taking responsibility for initiating and completing tasks and procedures as well as exercising autonomy and judgement within limited parameters. It also reflects awareness of different perspectives or approaches within an area of study or work.

Delivery is over a 12 month period with ten full days of training and assessment is by continuous coursework. We adopt a blended learning approach so tutor-led training sessions will be supplemented by online learning using our Office365 website. On-going support for learners will be available from the course tutors.
