Positive Ageing Week – Waterford event

To celebrate Positive Ageing Week, Respond held an Activity Session in Cill Barra Sports complex..

IMG_0604 (00000002)To celebrate Positive Ageing Week, Respond held an Activity Session in Cill Barra Sports complex for all the residents in Respond Housing in Waterford.

A great day was had by all and everybody participated in all events. The hurling proved to be very popular and the cup of tea and refreshments afterwards finished off a great day.

IMG_0593 (00000002)Respond resident John Corcoran said “ I love taking part in events like this, especially meeting people and playing hurling”

Another Respond resident Noelene Feehan also commented “This was my first time coming to an event like this and I really enjoyed it”
