A Family Fun Day was organised by resident volunteers in early August from Tara Crescent and St Colombes Place with support from Respond, Offaly Local Development Company and the Sports Partnership.

Over 70 people from the estates turned up for the festivities and the general consensus was that it was a great day to meet neighbours and make new friends. The day’s events included a children’s entertainer, sports activities for the children, refreshments, music and face painting and of course the delicious BBQ food.

Great to see such a large gathering, well done to all involved.
