Dublin Mini Marathon 2014
Monday 2nd June 2014 saw 3 ladies represent Ard Mor Montessori in The Flora Womans Mini Marathon.
Child Care leader Rachel Greene, her niece Chloe Kett and local neighbour Karen Tyrell participated in the marathon in a bid to fundraise for Summer Camp 2014. The sun shone high in the sky as over 40, 000 woman took to the streets of Dublin to raise money for many different charities. Along the route we were cheered on by many Marching Bands, show bands, members of The Dublin Fire Brigade, along with family and friends were among the 1000’s of other spectators who lined the streets waving and clapping us on.
A super day was had by all as we braved the over crowded Luas back to Tallaght proudly sporting our 2014 Marathon medals.
