Refugee Resettlement

We support Programme Refugees to settle into their new homes and communities in Ireland, where they can find safety, protection, and opportunities.

In numbers

Respond has been involved in the Irish Refugee Resettlement Programme since 2017 and during that time have acted as the implementing partner on the programmes in counties Waterford, Kilkenny, Longford, Laois, Wicklow, Clare and Meath.

We are actively supporting communities and refugees in Counties Louth, Waterford, and Cork.

Develop an orientation programme of activities to promote integration of refugees to the local community

Provide support and guidance to refugee families to promote independent living
